What is GrowthCLUB?

The ActionCOACH GrowthCLUB is a powerful, action-packed and highly focused 1-day business planning workshop that combines the synergy of your local business coaching team and like-minded, innovative business owners and their teams to create a clear business growth plan for your business.

By the end of the workshop you will have absolute focus on where your business will be in 90 days time and a complete action plan to get you there. Using this plan, you and your coach will take your business from where you are to where you want to be. There is simply no alternative if you are serious about remaining in business.

GrowthCLUB is a quarterly workshop that makes business planning impactful and fun. Led by business coaches Jamie Goral and Jeremy Graham-Clare, you’ll get clear on what priorities to focus on to grow your business in the next quarter truly. You’ll get input on your plan and explore areas you might not have considered.

Plus, you’ll hear from ex-Groupon sales director Warren Landau on exploring sales and marketing ideas with the ActionCOACH team to support your business growth.

Curious business owners/leaders

Come experience a guided business-planning day with other business leaders, and build a roadmap towards your commercial vision. We have a limited number of seats available to non-members on a first come first served basis. Companies of all sizes are welcome.

Who runs the event?

GrowthCLUB is an ActionCOACH event.

Investment for the growth plan:

Your most significant investment will be a day of your time, and we guarantee you’ll find it worthwhile. You will receive a preparation pack to review and complete in advance of the event and on the day you will receive a comprehensive 90-day planning pack. A charge of £450+VAT per company is made for the full-day workshop, including all the planning materials, allowing 2 people to attend. Further attendees from the same company are charged at £175+VAT. Attendees will be invoiced for payment just prior to the event.

Is this planning day right for me?

A failure to plan is a plan to fail! If you get stuck working in your business rather than on it, this planning workshop is perfect for you. In just one day, you’ll get the headspace, guidance and advice to give your business direction and create an actionable 90-day plan towards it.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your laptop. We’ll email you a Planning Pack before the event, for you to download to your laptop, bring with you, and complete together on the day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, but please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
